WIN FOR BLANDON. SYDNEY, Monday. At the Stadium to-night, Mcrvy Blandon knocked out the Englishman, Phincas John, in the tenth round. NO MONEY FOR JOHN. (Received Tuesday, 10.20 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. At the tenth round of the BlandonJohn contest, John requested the referee to stop the fight owing to an eye injury. It was subsequently announced by the management that, after receiving the report of the doctor, the directors decided not to pay John his money.
