DEADLY POISON GAS
CANNOT BE RESISTED. (Received Saturday, 12.10 p.m.) PARIS, Friday. Two Directors of the Clermont Ferrind Institute of Chemistry claim to have discovered a poison gas which is so powerful that no gasmask yet known can stop it. It is colourless and kills directly it comes in contact with the skin. Its manufacture is so easy that the whole requirements, of national defence could be made within a period of eight days. ’he discoverers v ;il reveal the secret, even to the French Government, unless the soil of France is invaded unjustifiably.
