STATEMENT BY MR COATES. “MY JOB IS HERE. ’ * WELLINGTON, Monday. ■ “My 30b is here/' said the Minister of Finance, the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, commenting to-night on a cablegram from London published to-day, in -which it was stated., that ‘‘ he should not have a difficult task if he comes to London to negotiate a conversion loan. ” Mr Coates said there was no need tor Lim to go Home in connection with conversion matters, as all the arrangements in that connection had been made. —(P.A.)
