SCOUT APPEAL TO PUBLIC. In their annual appeal to the public the St. MattheAV.’s Scouts Avill hold Daffodil Day to-morroAV. The appeal is being arranged by lady members'of the Scout Committee., Gift S-of flowers suitable for sale can be left at the stall, outside Midland Hotel, to-mor-roAV. A considerable quantity of Aoavers Avas receWed from Avell-Avishers in the country last year and it is expected that further substantial help Avill be forthcoming this year.
