N.I. ewes, 34d to 3d. N.Z. prime ox beef, 160/220, 3jd. Compared with last week’s quotations, Down lambs, 28/36, are l-8d per lb. higher; 36/42’s, per lb. higher; xbd. lamb and 2nd quality lamb, l-8d higher; wethers, under 48 and 56/72, l-8d higher; 48/56, id per lb. higher; ewes, under 56, ;l-8d per lb. higher; 56/72, id per lb. higher.
