BAND CONCERT
Patrons to the Sunday evening concert in the Regent Theatre can be assured of a capital programme. The Petone Maori Merrymakers proved themselves a few weeks ago most popular, and can be trusted to put on fine vocal and instrumental items. To those who like band music, they should appreciate the fine overture, “Poet and Peasant,” and other novelty items to be played. Patrons can book seats as usual at W. G. Perry’s, which is advisable in view of a large attendance anticipated.
