GLADSTONE CLUB. ANNUAL MEETING. The -annual general meeting of the Gladstone Football 'Club was held at Gladstone on Monday evening, Mr R. Co-oper presiding over a good attendance of supporters and players. and treasurer, Mr A. D. • McKay: auditor, Mr H. I). Thorpe; delegates to the Wairarapa Rugby Union, Messrs A. E. Booth, E. B. Booth and 11. D. Thorpe; Junior Advisory Board delegate, Mr H. D. Thorpe; senior coach, Mr F. Booth; junior coach, Mr H. D. Thorpe. It was agreed that the subscriptions should be:—Senior, 'ss; junior, 2s 6d. The club this year will enter only senior and junior teams in the competition. The policy of promoting young players has been adopted. The Gladstone senior team is anticipating a match with the Miramar senior team at Wellington on Easter Saturday. The first practice for both seniors and juniors will take place at Gladstone on Saturday, Ist April.
