Senator Borah said in a formal statement to-day that the House Beer, Bill was a nullification of the Constitution because 3.2 per cent, beer was, intoxicating. , . The Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Mr Norris, said that he believed the Beer Bill came within the Constitution, and called on the, Committee to consider it on Monday., The indications late to-day, however, were that a vote would be forced in, the Senate on the Bill to-morrow.
