FIGHT IK MANCHURIA TROOPS AND BANDITS. Press Association Electric Telegraph—Copyright SHANGHAI, Wednesday. There is imminent danger at Harbin as the result of an action between Maneliukou Government troops and soldier bandits yesterday, ten miles north of Harbin. Two hundred of the bandits were killed. JAPAN WITHDRAWS. TOKIO, Wednesday. Cabinet has decided unconditionally to withdraw to Japan the entire land forces from Shanghai immediately, leaving the Allied Powers to guard the safety of the International Settlement.
