THAT the Council proceed to raise a loan of £2OOO (hereinafter referred to as “the Redemption Loan”) for the purpose of paying off the said sum of Two thousand pounds (£2000) so due and payable. 2. THAT the redemption loan be called “The Masterton Borough Council Gasworks Extension Redemption Loan, 1932.” 3. THAT the Currency of the redemption loan be* for a periud of five (o) years, commencing on the 18th day of May, 1932, and terminating on the IStli day of May, 1937. 4. THAT the interest on the redemption loan be at the rate of five and one-quarter (SJ) per centum per annum, and be payable half-year-ly on tho 18th day of November and the 18th day of May in every year. 5. THAT the form of security for the payment of the principal of and the interest on the redemption loan be one deebnture of £2OOO, and relative coupons in the appropriate form prescribed by tho Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1920. 6. THAT such principal and interest bo payable at the office of the Masterton Borough Council, Chapel Street, Masterton.
