BRITAIN AND RUSSIA
A TIMBER AGREEMENT. (Received Thursday, 10.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, Wednesday. A contract has been signed to supply Britain with 2,100,000,000 cubic metres of timber in 1932. The Tass Agency says that British importers organised a special company, called the Timber Distributors, Limited, which includes 160 firms, shares being distributed among the important firms throughout Britain.
