RANGITUMAU SCHOOL

ANNUAL PICNIC. On Friday, 11th March, under delightful weather conditions, the Eangitumau School picnic was held, amid ideal surroundings, in Mr E. T. Wilton’s paddock. There was'a large assembly of parents and their friends, who helped to make the day as jolly as possible for the children. Thanks to the untiring efforts of the teacher, the committee* and their wives, a most successful programme was carried out. Before the events were run, each pupil was presented with a book by the chairman.
