W. Walker beat,. McGrath, the boy champion, in the State tennis championships, 6/6, S/6, 6/2, 6/6, after defeating .J. Wilard in a five-set match, lasting 6-1 hours.
PARK v. KURIPUNI.
The following is the Masterton Park Tennis Club’s team to play Kuripuni on the Central School courts on Saturday, commencing at 1.60 p.m.: —Misses Rayne, Hatch, Ackerman and Vincent, Mesdames Mulvanev and Taylor, Messrs. Candy, McLeod, Adcock, Bate, Leete and Batty.
