ANNUAL PICNIC. The aKiTual picnic of the Solway •School was held on Saturday last at tue Solway Showgrounds. The gathering was exeeileimy managed and was most enjoyable. The success of the picnic w jjfejiiefly d ll e to the ladies’ comjnitvee who worked very hard to make it the success it was.
At the conclusion of the sports the various trophies yvere presented to the winners by the chairman, Mr 11. W. Dale, in the presence of a large number of parents of the pupils and friends.
