, ♦ ■ MANCHESTER UNITY. i The usual meeting of the Loyal Mas- . ter ton Lodge of Oddfellows was held ; last night. Sister B. Preston presided over a good attendance. Tho Hall Committee presented a report on the proposed furnishings of the Lodge room, and tho secretary was instructed to place an order for nil requirements through Bro.-M. Fl.^c Bro. S. V. Brooks was appointed warden, and Bro. R. Baikie conductor. The .Lodge wore reversed regalia in memory of the late Bro. D. McClea, who J died in London about two weeks ago. | The Juvenile Lodge meets to-morrow, night, and the Past Grands’ ojj Thursday. Bro. N. Catherall was proposed for Past Grand’s degrees and the purple lecture. The Lodge decided to invite district officers to attend the next meeting if the proposed alterations are ready and tho Lodge room complete. The nnual meeting of the Lodge will l take place on the quarter night, in February. All Past Grands are requested to attend Lodge on Thursday night, when dates for the ritual examination will be allotted. Members from all Lower Yalloy lodges will be present. ”
