The “Daily Telegraph’s” naval correspondent states that the Dominion High Commissioners met members of the Ministry at the Foreign Office and it is understood discussed the formulation of a united Empire policy for the Disarmament Conference at Geneva. '
Be correspondent says that naval men do not disguise their fear that the Government, through over-optimistic estimates of our present strength at sea, might be tempted to make a further disarmament gesture, and suggests the restriction of the Avhole Empire treated as a single iiaA T al unit, to fifty cruisers, all told.
