RIFLE ACCIDENT
TWO MEN WOUNDED. CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday. A bullet discharged accidentally from a rifle while the volunteers were having their first practice at New Brighton Beach on Saturday afternoon, Avcnt through the leg of one man, J. T. Glaseon, aged 18, and lodged in the leg of another, E. Ilulme, aged 20. Both men Avere admitted to the hospital, Hulme being operated on during the night. The condition of both is satisfactory.
