DISARMAMENT
SCRAP SUBMARINES BRITISH PROPOSAL. Press Association Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, Monday. The “ Telegraph’s” naval correspondent says that Britain will renew her proposal at the Disarmament Conference in Geneva to scrap all existing submarines and suspend those now building on the grounds that they are still inherently incapable of carrying out their destructive mission within the limits of international law.
