OBITUARY.
MRS. A. HAWKE. The many friends of Mrs Agnes Hawke will regret' to learn of her death which occurred this morning at her residence, Pine Street. Deceased had only been ill a short while. She was a daughter of the late Mr and Mrs W. B. Buiek and was born in Petonc, 65 years ago. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs J. C. Wellington (Pirinoa), one step-daughter (Mrs Maguire, Grevtown), and one step-son. Mrs W. Watson (Masterton) is a sister of deceased and Messrs William and Robert Buiek are brothers. The sympathy of a wide circle of friends will be extended to them in their sad bereavement. The funeral will take place on Monday, leaving the residence SS Pine St. at 2 p.m.
