WOOL ADULTERATION
PLEA FOR BRANDING SYSTEM. Melbourne, Thursday. The Australian WoolgroAvers’ Council passed a resolution requesting legislation making it an offence for any Avholesale or retail dealer to offer for sale as Avoollen any fabric Avh'ieh contains more than 10 per cent, of adulteration. It Avas provided also in tlie resolution that any such fabric must be clearly branded with the percentage of adulteration.
