The Federal Grand Jury indicted Capone on charges of Conspiracy to violate the prohibition laws. . -Capone has a reputation as the country’s biggest bootlegger. The indictment alleges nineteen overt nets in and around Chicago. It revealed that the gangster works under eight aliases.
