BUILDING RESTORED. (Received Tuesday, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, Monday. An Ypres message states that, in the presence of delegates from all parts of the Empire, Lord Wakefield opened the original Toe II building at Poperinghe (Belgium), which he purchased and restored to its war-time appearance, includiug'the original chapel. Rev. P. T. Clayton, in accepting the gift on behalf of Toe 11, expressed the opinion that far into the future the House would continue to exalt and unite many men’s minds.
