JA Two to fourteen days. Put “STURDY” Starting Mash Dry before them every three hours—by the clock—first feed at 6 a.m., and leave before Chicks for about twenty minutes. Fourteen days to eight weeks. Keep “STURDY” Growing Mash constantly before the chicks. There is buttermilk in the Mash, but additional milk will not do them any harm. The Mash is all that is necessary for the chicks’ growth. Do not give scratch food till four weeks old, and then feed “STURDY” Chick Food, gradual’* working into the whole grain. Don't , forget the grit! At eight weeks. Commence feeding “STURDY” Laying Mash, keep before the chicks constantly. All these mashes can with- advantage be. mixed with skim-milk. If fed wet it is important that it should be just “Crumbly,” if too wet, Dowel trouble will follow.
