THE NEW THEATRE.
START TO BE MADE. The work in connection with the erection of the new theatre in Masterton on the site at the corner of Queen and Jackson Streets, is to be commenced this afternoon or to-morrow morning. It is anticipated that the work of demolishing the buildings at present on the site will take about ten "Qlays. < .new theatre, which is to be another link in the chain of theatres controlled by Messrs. J. C. Williamson, Ltd., will probably be completed by the end of the year.
