"VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a special meeting of the C.nstlepoint Comity Council, held on Friday, the 30th day of May, 1930, the following resolution was passed: — ‘ < That in pursuance and exercise of the power vested in it by ‘The Noxious Weeds Act, 1928,’ the Castlepoint County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of Special Order that the plant mentioned in the Schedule hereto (bein'l' a plant mentioned in the Second Schedule to the said Act, as extended from time to time by the GovernorGeneral) be, and is hereby declared to be, a noxious weed in the County ot Castlepoint, within the meaning of ‘The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908’.
