Thus, owing to the absence of noxious fumes it is possible to do a very large proportion of the cooking on “stored heat.” This not only reduces cost but provides for an absolutely even temperature throughout the whole oven. Demonstrations It is only by using an electric range that one can fully realize its many advantages. In order to clearly show the ease and simplicity of control and the perfection in cooking that can be attained by anyone, the Board has arranged to give a series of demonstrations in each town in the district. These will commence on 14th October, 1 929, and will continue once a month for the next few months. O Look out for detailed announcements.
