When the hearing of charges, ,against William McKinnon and Wallace 'Fountain, of allegedly conspiring to defraud Arthur Yeo, bookmaker, by means of forged telegrams, were continued this morning, Yeo gave evidence off- numerous £lO and £2O bets madfj by’ telegrams signed ‘‘Symons,’ ’ the majority of theUets being on winners.
