BANKRUPTCY OFFENCE.
PROPER BOOKS NOT KEPT
(By Telegraph —Press Association.) TIMARU, Saturday.
In the Alagistrate’s Court Frederick George Hedges, bankrupt, pleaded guilty to a charge of not having kept proper books as required by the Act.
Ho was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called upon within two years, conditional on paying the costs of prosecution and public examination and compliance with any conditions imposed by the Supreme Court.
