Chapman at the meeting of the Wellington Harbour Board last night as one of the causes of unemployment in Wellington. The chairman (Air J. G. Col/be) said that a good deal of petrol was included) in the tonnage of bulk oil handled at Wellington. The position was unfortunate from the labour point of view, but it was inevitable.
