SHOOTING AFFRAY.
ACCUSED REMANDED. (By Telegraph—. Press Association.) TIMARU, Monday. At the Magistrate’s Court, Bernard Lewis Blackwell and Ernest 'Gladstone MeCunn appeared on remand, charged that, on May lltli, they entered the dwellings of William Alfred Anccll and Robert Barr, at Otaio, with intent to commit a crime. This was a iseque’ to a sensational shooting affray. The former was also charged with assault. On the application of the police, a further remand was granted till May 29th.
