ANGLO-GERMAN LOAN.
DOCUMENTS STOLEN. FROM ATTACHE CASE. BERLIN, Thursday. Important documents . relating to a proposed Anglo-German loan were stolon from representatives of the British banks engaged m the negotiations. The Englishmen left an attache case in an anteroom at the Government office in the Wilhelm strasso while they interviewed an official. When they returned for the bag it was empty.
