STUD SHEEP BREEDERS.
. THE ANNUAL SALE. The attention of the stud sheepbreeders is drawn to the tenth Wairarapa Stud Sheep Breeders’ annual sale, which will be held at Solway showgrounds, Masterton, on 22th January, 1928, at 10.30 a.m., when‘stud and selected flock Romney Marsh rams, stud and flock Lincoln rams, stud and flock Southdown rams will be offered. The Wnirarapa is admitted by breeders to be the home of the Romney Marsh sheep in the Dominion, .and undoubtedly some of the best flocks are to be found in this district. Winners of the championships at the 1924, 1925, 1926 and 1927 Royal Shows, and winners of the championships and first prize's throughout the Wellington, Manawatu, Wanganui and Hawke’s Bay districts are among the vendor's at the sale. Vendors have agreed that they will offer only their best animals for the •sale, so intending buyers can depend on the pick of the Wairarapa sheep being offered, as every leading breeder in the district has entered for the sale.
