Tone and Helotis. The re-handi-caps are not available till Friday. The St. Holier’s Handicap, the last race at,the Auckland Trotting Club's opening day of the summer meeting yesterday was somewhat of a tragedy, as one of the most serious accidents experienced on the course occurred. As the closely-bunched field was leaving tlie straight at the end of the first round. Amur is fell and brought down Black Lila, Nelson Tasker, AH Bells, Concliff and Lady Dmimore. Phipps, tlie driver of Black Lila, was thrown against the rails and bruised, and Shaw, driver of Amaris, had a shoulder dislocated. Only four horses were left in tlie race.
