FOR SUFFERERS EY WAR. (By Telegraph—Press Association.') BENELUX, Wednesday. The late Miss Grace Lilian Mitchell bequeathed half of her estate, the full value of which is over £40,000, to the benefit of such charitable organisations, institutions or objects in Dunedin as her trustees may think fit. The deceased by her will expressed a wisli to assist “any organisation, institution or object as shall have for one of its objects assistance of persons adversely affected by the Great War,” and empowered her trustees to create or endow an institution for that purpose, to bo known as the “Lilian Mitchell Instituae. ’ ’
