DISTRESSING FATALITY.

A YOUTH SHOT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WANG AXU I, Tuesday. A distressing fatality occurred at Mangawhero this evening, resulting in the death of Donald Munn Poison, aged !<!, the eldest son of the Mr \Y. J. Poison, Dominion president of the Farmers’ Union. The lad was out hare-shooting, and when he was -attempting to get through a hedge, his gun went off, the charge entering his right side and inflicting so severe a wound that lie died a few minutes later. An inquest will be held.
