BREAKING AND ENTERING.
LENIENT TREATMENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. Nine charges of breaking and entering, and one charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a crime, were preferred against Cecil Mclntosh, Timaru, w-ho appeared before Mr .Justice Adams for sentence at Christchurch to-day-.
Mclntosh, who had previously boon thrice before the Court, was committed to a Borstal Institution for throe years.
