A FATAL COLLISION.
MOTOR OAR AND CYCLE. YOUNG MAN SUCCUMBS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) HAAIILTON, This Day. A fatal accident occurred at the Five Crossroads at Claudelands at 7.40 o’clock last night. Leslie Spencer (21), a salesman employed by Barton and Ross, Ltd., Hamilton, was riding a motor cycle from Firth Avenue into Peach Grove Road when he became involved in a collision with a motor car driven by .Ray Gifford, of Hamilton. Spencer suffered severely from concussion and abrasions to the head, and was admitted to the Waikato hospital in a critical condition. He succumbed to his injuries this morning. The motor cycle was wrecked and the car slightly damaged.
