OBITUARY.
MRS G. C. SUMMERELL. The many friends of Mr G. C. Summered, of Ren all street, will regret to learn of the death of his wife, which occurred at the residence, “Clevedon,” yesterday, after an illness extending over several months. During her 27 years of residence in Masterton, the late .Mrs Summered was neld in very high e'steem, being very popular in social circles. Her principal diversion beyond home life was the ■Horticultural Society, of which she was a valued member for many years. Mrs Summered is survived by her husband, one daughter (Mrs R. W. Nebbed, Alfredton), and three sisters, Mrs Winfield (Inglewood), and the Misses Jean and Ina Todd (Wellington). The funeral will leave the residence, “Clevedon,” Renall street, at 2 p.m. to-morrow for the Masterton Cemetery.
