BOTH SIDES HOPEFUL. THAT AGREEMENT BE REACHED. (Received Tuesday, 10.25 a.m.) • MELBOURNE, This Day. The strike position at Y'allourn is unchanged, but a conference between the commissioners and the Trades Hall Disputes Committee has been arranged for to-day. Both sides are hopeful that a settlement will be reached.
