MOTOR FATALITY.

CHARGE AGAINST DRIVER. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) • AVOODA’ILLE, Saturday. At the Police Court at Woodville, before AlossTs H. Galbraith and G. Goldfinch, J.P.’s, John Drummond, of Dannevirke, was charged with negligently driving a .motor car, causing the death of George Vinton. The charge was the sequel to an accident on the main road near Woodville recently, when the accused’s 1 car knocked down Vinton, a Flock House boy, who subsequently died from injuries. The accused was committed for trial at the next session of the Palmerston Xorth Supreme Court ,bail being allowed.
