JOHNSONVILLE SALE Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., and Wright, Stephenson and Co.. Ltd., report on their Johnsonville stock sale, held yesterday:—The quality of stock yarded throughout was good, the beef especially so, although nothing very heavy 1 was yarded. The weather was % very rough, but there > was a good attendance of butchers, and a fair sale resulted at prices on a par with last week. Quotations: — Bullocks, £ll 12s fid, £l2 7s fid. £l2 17s fid, £l3, £l3 7s fid, £l2 17s fid to £l4. Vetilers, £1 ss, £1 7s, £1 17s fid, £2, £2 2s) £2 5s to £2 6s. Shorn wethers, 24s fid, 24s 9d to 265; ; Sorn ewes, 12s fid, 13s 'fid, 16s »>d, lfis fid to : lfis 9d. Lambs, IS* fid, 21s, 225, 23s fid to 24s fid.
