xvIASTERTON COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Mnsterton County Council, held « n the 9>th day of November, 19-b, the following Resolution was passed:— rpn \T in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it bv Section 195 of The Counties Act, 19-o,.and the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, IAA>, and ot all other Acts and powers 0* ‘>n>) 11 in that behalf enabling, the Masterton. County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: 1 THAT it he Council proceed to raise a Loan of One Thousand Pounds (£1000) for the purpose of acquiring the necessary land, erecting fences, and a worker’s cottage thereon, and other charges in this connection. . , 2_ THAT such Loan be called Ike Masterton County Uriti Riding Worker’s Dwelling Loan of £IOOO, 192 C. ” 3 THAT the currency of the said (Loan shall be for a period ot thirty-six and a-half (364) years, commencing on the Ist day of a ovember, 1926, and maturing on the Ist day of May, 1963. 4 THAT the interest on the said Loan shall be at the rate of Six -Pounds (£6) per centum per annum, aud shall be payable half-yearly on the Ist day of May and November m each and every year. 5_ THAT the form of security for the payment of Principal and Interest on the said Loan shall be one (1) Debenture of One Thousand 1 ounds (£1000) and relative Coupons in a form in conformity with the provisions of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926. O.—THAT the Council doth hereby appropriate and pledge ns security for the repayment of the said Loan and the Interest, Sinking Fund and other charges thereon, the Special Rate of one-thirty-ninth (i-39tli) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on itlie 'basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Uriti Riding in the County of Masterton. 7. THAT the Principal and Interest shall be payable at the Bank of New Zealand, Wellington. S. THAT the cost of raising the Loan and the Interest and Sinking Fund for the first year of the said Loan be paid out of the Loan.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. •VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Mauricevillo County Council, held at the County Office at noon on the 13th. day of, November, 1926, the following Resolution was duly passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Meeting of the said Council, to be held at the .County Office at noon on the 11th day of December, 1926. . THAT in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 17 (e) of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, and of all other Acts and powers (if any) it in that behalf enabling, and with the consent of the of the Cleland's Road Special Rating District of the County of Mauriceville, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers in tho oaid Special Rating District, the Capital Value of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said County is -collectively greater than the capital-values of the properties of the ratepayers who. did not so consent, the Mauriceville County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows: — 1. —THAT tho Council proceed to raise a loan of Three Hundred Pounds (£300), for the purpose of forming and metalling Cleland’s Road. 2. —THAT such loan be called “The Mauriceville Countv Cleland’s Road Loan of £3OO, 1926.'” 3. —THAT the currency of the said loan shall be for a period of thirty-six and.a-half (361). years, commencing on the Ist day of November, 1926, and maturing on the Ist day of May, 1963. 4. —THAT the interest on the ©aid loan shall be at the rate of Six Pounds (£6) per centum per annum, and shall bo payable half-yearly on the Ist day of May and November in each and every year. 5. THAT the form of security for the payment of principal and interest on the said loan shall be One (1) debenture of Three hundred pounds (£300), and relative coupons in a form in conformity with the provisions of The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926. 6. —THAT the Council doth hereby appropriate and pledge as security for the repayment of the said loan and the interest, sinking fund and other charges thereon tho special rate of six-twenty-fifths (6-2oths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of capital value) of all rateable property in the Cleland’s Road Special Rating District in the County of Maurice ville.

7. —THAT the principal and interest shall bo payable at tho Bank of New Zealand, Wellington. S. —THAT tho cost of raising the loan and tho interest and .sinking fund for the first year of the said loan be paid out of the loan.
