MASTERTON. Mr R. Brown reports as follows: — Sunday.—Barograph', 29.55. Shade temperature: Maximum 53.8, minimum 39.6, terrestrial 39, rain 72 points, bright sunshine Slirs’ 20min. Monday.—Barograph, 29.75. Shade temperature: Maximum 50.4, minimum 40.6, terrestrial 36.2, rain 21 points, bright sunshine nil. SOLWAY. Mr H. M. Boddington reports that 78. points of rain were registered at Solway for the 24 hours up till 9 o’clock on Sunday, and 17 points were recorded for the 24 hours up till 9 o’clock this morning.
The Rev. D. C. Bates reports for the twenty-four hours from 9 a.m. this day as follows: — The indications are for southerly winds, strong to gale at times. The weather will probably prove cold and showery. The night will probably be very cold. The barometey is rising. PHASES OF THE MOON. ' NOVEMBER.
