NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. ■VTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Mauriceville County 'Council, held at the County Office at noon on the 11-th day of September, 1926, the following Resolution by way of Special Order was duly passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Council to be also held at the County Office at noon on the 9th day of October, 1926: “That in exercise of the powers conferred in it by “The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908,’ and ‘The Noxious Weeds Amendment Act, 1923,’ the Mauriceville County Council hereby Resolves and Declares, by way of Special Order that the Plants mentioned in the First Schedule hereto (being Plants mentioned,, in the Schedule to the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, as extended from time to time by the GovernorGeneral in Council) are not Noxious within the County of Mauriceville, and that the Plants mentioned in the Second Schedule Hereto (being Plants mentioned in the Third Schedule of The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, as extended from time to time by, the Gov-crnor-'General in Council) are Noxious Weeds within the said County. And also that all previous Resolutions passed by the said Council declaring any Plants whatsoever to be Noxious Weeds shall be and the same are hereby revoked. Ist SCHEDULE.
