NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. -VrOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Mauriceville County 'Council* held at the County Office at noon on the 11th day of September, 1926, the following Resolution by way of Special Order was duly passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Council to be also held at the-County Office at noon on the 9th day of October, 1926: “That in exercise of the powers conferred in it by “The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908,’ and ‘The Noxious Weeds Amendment Act, 1923,’ the Mauriceville County Council hereby Rosolves and Declares by way of Special Order that the Plants mentioned in the First Schedule hereto (being Plants mentioned in the' Second Schedule to the “Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, as extended from time to time by the GovernorGeneral in Council) are not Noxious within the County of Maurieeville, and that the Plants mentioned in the Second Schedule nereto (being Plants mentioned in the Third Schedule of The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, as extended from time to time by the GovernorJGeneral in Council) are Noxious Weeds within the said County. 'JJ’OTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mauriceville County Council, held at the County Office at noon on the llt.h day of September, 1926, the following resolution wad duly passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Council, to be held at the County Office at Noon on the 9th day of October, 1926: “In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 21 of The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and of all other Acts and powers - t thereunto enabling the Maurieeville County Council hereby Resolves by way of Special Order THAT the Interest and Sinking Fund on the First Loan of On Thousand Pounds (£1000) raised by the said Council for the purpose of reconstruction of Bridges within the said County, and being part of the Loan or Loans of £IO,OOO authorised by Poll of Ratepayers duly taken on the 31st day of January, 1925, under the provisions of Section 23 of “The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913,” shall be paid out of the General Fund of the said Council.” Dated this 16th day of September, 1926.
