SEDITIOUS LITERATURE.
ACCUSED TO LEAVE DOMINION. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Saturday. Arising 'from a prank of two boys, in stealing, a. mail bag, and the subsequent examination of the contents by detectives. Communist literature was traced to the possession of a young married compositor, Kenneth McLean Baxter, who pleaded guilty this morning to having seditions literature in his possession for distribution or sale. It was stated that accused was going to Australia, and sold the furniture and literature ,iu question to get money. The document was consigned to some one on the West Coast. On condition that he leave New Zealand, Baxter was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon. „
