A NATIONAL MEMORIAL. SANCTIONED BY KING AND QUEEN. (Received Friday, 9.5 a.m.) LONDON, Thursday. Their Majesties have sanctioned and approved of a National Queen .Alexandra. Memo! ini taking the form of augmenting the resources of the Queen Victoria Jubilee, Institute for Nurses, of which flit* late Queen Alexandra was patron. A memorial is being organised which will enable all nursing organisations affiliated with the Institute throughout the country to participate. —The Times.
