ADVISORY EOARD MATTER. CAPETOWN, Tuesday. A meeting of the South African Rugby Football Union resolved to express keen disappointment that the Imperial Advisory Rugby Board had not been appointed, and decided to accept a conference in 1927, when the appointment of such board will be urged again. A lengthy discussion took place on the New Zealand proposals regarding questions of holding meetings of tlio Advisory Board every three or five years, and whether they should always be in Britain or sometimes in the Dominions prominent in the game. It was decided that the questions be brought up at the 1927 conference.Reuter.
