HEAVY LOSSES. SUFFERED BY AMERICA. (Received 'Tuesday, 9.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Mon day. The losses on the Government’s merchant fleet operations in 1925 are estimated at £6,000,000, according to a report presented by the Shipping Board to Congress to-dav.
