The confusion already reigning in French politics has been further increased by the formation of a new Chamber group called the ‘ 'Guache Independente, ” consisting of seventeen Opposition secessionists, who voted with the Government on November 3rd. v 'There are now ten official Chamber groups besides thirty so-called Independents, including Royalists. —Times.
